Elementary school programs require a strong commitment

to building a community within each classroom,

among classrooms in the entire school, and including families.

In addition, songs and stories are tied into the curriculum for each grade level. Jacki can work with teachers to help them find ways that work for them

to bring singing and music into their classrooms.

All-school assemblies can be included as well.

Programs offered range from a little bit of everything in a general

community sing to programs planned around a specific theme or topic

in history, social studies, and literature.

Jacki leads intergenerational community and family singing in schools, libraries, homes, camps, churches, temples, and performance venues. She especially loves having her old-time American string band join her as they involve everyone in the singing and talking. It is always a wonderful opportunity to bring people together.
